How To Get an Ohio Marijuana Card
Step 1
Schedule a telemed or office appointment over the phone or online with one of our friendly marijuana doctors.
Step 2
Meet with one of our state-certified medical marijuana doctors and discuss your condition.
Step 3
With the doctor's approval, you'll receive your card via email from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
Ohio Medical Marijuana Card Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years of age or older (Under 18 years of age require an assigned caregiver who is at least 21 years of age.)
- Affected by one of the qualifying conditions (see below)
- Be an Ohio resident with proof of residency

How To Get An Ohio Medical Marijuana Card
What can I expect at the Appointment?
At the appointment, you and the doctor will discuss your medical condition(s) and treatment history. While medical records are not required, we recommend that you obtain and submit medical records prior to your visit that support your qualifying condition. This helps the doctor quickly and accurately assess your condition so that they can discuss how medical marijuana can help you.

Assuming the doctor is able to confirm your qualifying condition you'll then be registered with the state of Ohio Board of Pharmacy and the doctor will enter your recommendation following your appointment. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to activate and download your card.
Don't worry if for some reason our doctor cannot confirm your condition, we will provide guidance on what you will need to qualify and ultimately refund your appointment cost if not approved.
